About Seven Legal
Starting, scaling and exiting a business is hard.
Seven Legal works alongside founding teams on their journeys through funding, scaling and exiting high growth ventures with a focus on concise, pragmatic legal advice for each stage of a company’s growth cycle.
We deliver this through strategic advice and expert execution, built on advising hundreds of founding teams from incorporation to exit in the UK and Ireland.
Our team have completed hundreds of funding rounds in the London early stage market from Seed to Series B. Our clients benefit from a lean team of senior lawyers who specialise in advising early stage, high growth companies.
We believe that legal advice should provide a solution to a problem, quickly and efficiently. Our focus is on aligning legal outcomes with commercial intention.
Our job is to protect and position entrepreneurs to do their very best work. We do this by providing stage specific advice and acting as an asset rather than a cost to our clients.
